Aardvark Travel Forum had some concern the open hole made for unwanted guests. That would include the 2 and 4 legged and winged varieties, as well as the rain & snow. Seems to me it would just add to the adventure.

This innovative concept hotel is brought to the world by Gunda Wiesner & Andreas Strauss. Viel Glueck.

I think this is an original idea and it might help claustrophobic fix their phobia. A night at a sewer pipe hotel is almost the same with a night at one of those Cheap Sydney Hotels, but this one offers a unique experience that you can laugh about with your friends over a glass of wine.

Really nice and inspired idea. I love its originality and realistic pricing, most might dismiss it at first and go for the luxury Auckland hotels but it does sound like fun alternative for a nice get away from the city.
  • OMG!!!! What an experience it will be in there. I never think of this kind of restaurant before. It is a very unique idea.

This idea is very original and very creative as well. The other days I just read and have seen pictures with an office setup in the middle of the forest with cubicles that had an instead of walls and windows.

I think that its a great idea. Anyone remember the ninja turtles? It worked out fine for them. As for inclement weather well they throw in a wool blanket so I think your set. The only question is will someone deliver pizza to your room?
