Bigger Pockets Has A Carnival

carn.jpg

Bigger Pockets hosted this week’s Carnival of Real Estate. Congratulations to the four winners, especially perennial Blogging All-Star Teresa Boardman, who’s post Common Walls, Common Air? raises an interesting question for owners sharing common walls. It’s an unzillowable not many people consider when shopping for a condo, co-op or townhouse, where the walls do not keep all the undesireables out.

Other top posts, all excellent, were from:

Todd Waller, S.E. Michigan Real Estate: Holiday Real Estate Market.
The Digerati Life: Don’t Let Real Estate Clean You Out.
Chris Cranny, Youthful Real Estate Investor: Subdividing Land. Welcome to the blogroll Chris.

After all that Thanksgiving food, I don’t think I could fit another corn dog, even with the special sauce. I think I’ll just walk the boards and get my palm read by the Fortune Teller.

  • Hey and thanks for the support. I agree that Teresa is fantastic and always seems to bring great material to the world. Good luck to you.
  • Thanks for adding me to the blogroll! I like your site - its content is interesting and its also very aesthetically pleasing as well.
  • Nice of you to drop by Chris. Hope to see you again. Our pleasure to add your blog to the ranks. It's good work. Good luck with it and don't hesitate to ask if we can be of any help.
  • I am truely honored to have contributed to your list of the unzillowable. I could probably add 20 more items, like:
    1. railroad tracks
    2. freeways
    3. power lines (my favorite)
    4. The house next door
    5. Level 3 sex offenders in the neighborhood
not hard to come up with 20 or more, when I come back tomorrow I'll bet the list will be longer.
  • Based on your post, I added smokers in units with common walls to the unzillowable post, with due credit to you, Teresa.
