Be Careful - Tax Laws May Change

Don’t base your tax investment on current tax laws. The tax code is constantly changing, and a good investment is a good investment regardless of the tax code. The right property with the right financing is what you should look for as an investor.

Interesting, we have a local real estate company here in MN that really does have the best site in MN. It is a local site. What if real estate is a local business? maybe there are nitch markets?

It all comes down to marketing and getting the word out in your local market where the best inventory can be found OR which professional can best sell or find you a home. These are the 2 components IMO.

Teresa… whisper in my ear who the best RE website in MN is…. no one will hear. In Columbus Ohio the best website is HERRealLiving.com but I may be prejudiced… thanks Sellsius, interesting site… I came by way of Active Rain..
