After the talk, a Realtor cornered me and said, "Dude, why do you like that guy??? I mean how can an agent make any money that way???"

One word: Volume and good customer service.

I'm a Realtor, too, and I have no problem with Redfin ... and they're coming to my backyard to compete against me!!

I'd like to see it ... coverage is thinner than I'd expect, maybe because everyone who is anyone already is there.
