  • Bill from Real Estate Cafe is a man with boundless compassion for the needy. He has spent the last few years working on a humanitarian effort for AIDS orphans in Africa and India. The numbers he showed me were staggering. We will be following his efforts and helping in any way we can. God bless you Bill.
  • Joe,

Thank you for your kind words. I look forward to continuing our discussion of real estate philanthropy, and collaborating with you and others to expand our individual thinking, enhance our effectiveness, and enrich our causes.

Does anyone know if NAR already maintains a database of local fundraising campaigns? I am particularly interested in responses to the AIDS pandemic, but recognize that others are support other worthy causes.

Perhaps we can get a panel or roundtable at the next Real Estate Connect, or NAR's mid-year meeting. But let's not wait till then. I've yet to participate in a Carnival of Real Estate, but in the spirit of universal love, do you think that real estate philanthropy would be a good topic for Valentine's Day?

    Bill
