Cybertecture, based in Hong Kong, is a futuristic architectural organization headed by Chief Cybertect, James Law. His designs include skinable buildings like the Visual Building in New Town Plaza, Hong Kong (below). Others morph and change according to the needs of the owners. Some are animatronic.
