Need Marketing Help? FREE Consultation
Yes, it’s free. (I guess I should not have read Chris Anderson’s new book, FREE.
“Well Joe, how do you make money?”, you may ask.
The answer is in the execution. I love new technology and startups and giving advice (and constructive criticism). I am more than happy to share what I know. But I’ve learned that applying the advice is the tricky part. That’s where I can get paid.

Need a Real Estate Agent? One Size Does Not Fit All
Over the past 3 years, I’ve traveled across the country, and the internet, meeting and talking to real estate agents I would feel comfortable recommending to my family and friends. I’ve found a bunch of them.
Because I value choice and options, I have found agents who use different business models– flat fee, rebate, reduced rate, hourly by task — even those who help “For Sale By Owner” get listed in the MLS– and more. Did you know you could hire an exclusive buyer’s agent? (many buyer agents actually work for the seller!)
If you’re not sure if you can find a good agent, or are looking for choices, contact me and I’ll refer you to someone. You are, of course, free to use that person or not.

Thank you for visiting.
