One of my favorite films is City of God, the gritty true story about life in the slums of Rio de Janeiro and one man’s journey out through his photography.
Another artist, is putting his mark on the favelas of Rio. He is JR, an “undercover photographer” who displays his “photo galleries” on the streets. Call it photographic graffiti.
