I confess an attraction to the witty and the weird and Kevin Boer is definitely one of them. His April Fool’s posts are testament to his intellectual dexterity and brilliant sense of humor. There are certain pseudo-intellectual blogcop bullies (well, only one really) who claim to know satire and, with a twisted logic, equate it with mere personal attack and invective. They leave out the essential satirical ingredients of sarcasm, wit and humor. They (well, that one guy again) just ain’t funny, lacking for humor as the desert lacks for rain. Perhaps he ought take a dip in Boer’s Ocean and experience the cool art of satire.
Bravo, sir. My beret is tipped (they say that’s the way to wear it).
