News media and even the NAR need to follow pending sales and status more closely. Our available inventory here is shrinking considerably and buyers seem to be rushing back into the market. As a result, I spend more time working and less time watching television of any sort--so that I have time to blog. It's embedded in "For Sale By Owner" signs, and broadcasts messages on a low-level frequency. "You Will Call Team Greene Realty" "You Will Price Your Home Correctly" "You will Mow Your Lawn Once Weekly" While results are mixed, initial observations indicate that the project has been successful in getting dogs to bark constantly in three of four participating neighborhoods.
