It could even get a blog penalized if all the posts are on one blog. I would spread them around. But are there even 100 places to post a real estate blog? You would have to have permission from a lot of people to guest post. I think this accomplishes nothing and has a possible downside -- the potential for a Google penalty. It would look strange -- there's no doubt about that. And Google doesn't like strange. I think that would look like spam to the search engines.
