		<description>We have a number of clients that have recognized that using video podcasts for training purposes can be a very cost effective way of delivering education. I think using them as refresher courses are great. Universities have already tumbled to the benefit and some are actually providing instant access to course materials at the end of a class. Just plug in your iPod or mobile device and the RSS feed updates it. Man that beats the old days that I remember, I could never read my notes, that is when I bothered to take them.</description>
