The blog is Behind The Curtain and it’s published by Brown & Brown Investment Properties, a firm with 36 years experience “helping people acquire rental property, selecting the right financing, and growing their investments.” The company is based in San Diego, California.

Thanks guys! Thanks for the bone. And don’t blame the dog, many who know me tell me they’ve thought I was spam for years. They just didn’t have a name for it until the internet came along.
