After walking by the “Smart Car” in front of the newly renovated 340 Madison on a daily basis, we finally decided to check it out. We learned that the developer Harry Macklowe of Macklowe Properties is exhibiting the collection of smart cars to draw attention to his smartly renovated glass office tower.
A nice blend of Design and Marketing.
