Shazou (pronounced shazoo) is a Firefox add-on which tells you the location of a website’s server, the identiy of the owner and the IP address. Simply download Shazou and with one click of the icon a map appears. It was designed to allow users to know who they’re dealing with on the net.
While I was on Firefox I clicked the icon and here’s what I saw:

I just downloaded this. It’s kinda fun to use, but I don’t really see it as providing something particularly useful since it just shows a map of the server. For example, my San Francisco blog gives a map location of Dallas, since my server is apparently there.
