Fill in and Edit PDf Forms with PDFescape

PDFescape is a free tool that lets you open PDf files in your browser so you can fill-in or add text, checkmarks, grahics and even links (that part is neat). There is also a whiteout text feature and the ability to add new form fields. Save, print or email the finished product.

There is nothing to download. Nice.

Here’s a screenshot from the Realtor Code of Ethics that shows what you can do with PDFescape:

If you want to convert PDf files to docs, nothing beats Zamzar (the best conversion tool I know)

About those you underlined. First Amendment rights! I wonder what would happen if NAR got sued by an ex-Realtor for taking away their membership after which in turn substantially caused a loss of business because NAR controlling the local MLS and stuff.

The title says Duty to Realtors but the language in the provision says “competitor”.

Whether the ex-Realtor has a case against NAR for lost business depends on the proof.
