We are Skypers and devotees of Skype. It is our online telephone of choice. We have been using it for more than a year without any problems. Everyone we have referred to it has LOVED it. But lest we be accused of overlooking the competition, we present SightSpeed.
SightSpeed provides unlimited free computer to computer calling, with video (they’ll send you a web camera with the pay plan). It has chat and conference call features and much more.
Cool Video Stuff
SightSpeed lets you to leave unlimited video messages (30 seconds each), even to non-SP members. You can also create and embed the video into your blog or website. They also claim you can get free world-wide TV programs on your computer if you have broadband and a TV capture card. Sweet. (Skype doesn’t offer that).
There is a free plan and a pay plan of $4.95 per month. Compare plans here. SightSpeed is available for PC or Mac users.

The inclusion of video is a strong feature and it makes you wonder if Skype will adopt these features soon?
