Ever run into this on a link to a news story?
You really want to read the story but don’t want to register and give your email address for privacy reasons or to avoid email spam. You have 3 choices: bite the bullet and register; set up a temporary email address at a site like mailexpire.com and register with the temporary email; or use BugMeNot.
BugMeNot provides login and passwords for most of the newspaper sites—-NY Times, Washington Post and LA Times. There are actually 140,000 sites for which they have logins and passwords.
BugMeNot also has a bookmarklet you can drag to your toolbar. When you get a site that asks you to register click the bookmarklet and BugMeNot will give you a login & password.
Disclaimer: We have no idea whether this is illegal, immoral or fattening. Wait, blogging is fattening.

Wow, that sounds like fun.
