Publicitweet is a tool that lets you DM your twitter followers, in mass or by group, and include a link. It will then tell you the ROI on clicks, including mapping from where they came. These are called Campaigns.

UPDATE: Publicitweet might be a useful way to get a private message to your group or to test coupons or giveaways (stats show conversions and those who clicked)? DM spamming would not be a good idea and would get you unfollowed and yanked faster than a weed in Martha Stewart’s garden.
