Just sign up for a free account, add a telephone number, type in your reminder message and the date/time you want the reminder call– you get 8 reminders per month.
You can also import your calendar events from Google Calendar, Yahoo Calendar, Basecamp, Outlook, iCal and Backpack. RMinder also keeps a log of your past & future reminders.
I tested it and it worked fine. Now, if I can only remember where I parked my car.
