As a relative newbie to Wordpress, every few days I have an "AHA!" moment. Most often, its inpsired by those of you who are much further into the belly of the it. Thanks for today's "AHA!" This will be quite useful.

I use tabbed browsing and usually have about 15-25 tabs open at any given time in Safari and firefox. I use saft for Safari to save my session, but the new RC2 of Firefox does not have a similar feature and the extension I used is not compatible ... ah, well. Trials and tribulations of being on the bleeding edge.

I just checked and I have about 20 posts that remain in the "germinating phase" ... just in case. :)

typepad has a similar feature. When I get an idea I save it as a draft. I can also set the date for any post. If I know that I will not have time to write I write several posts and schedule them to go. I try to keep 3 or 4 posts ready for a bloggers block emergency.

I use this feature frequently - as often as possible - whenever I have the inspiration to knock out several posts in one sitting, I can take advantage of posting them in the future and space them out over several hours or days. I use an off-line editor (ecto) that allows for future posting as well.
