Overstream is a neat tool which lets you add subtitles or comments to video and embed the result in your website or blog (see sample below). It’s free and easy to use.
Use it to translate videos into different languages, add comments or contact information and links. Overstream supports YouTube, Google Video, My Space Video, Daily Motion, Veoh & Megavideo (more coming).
Simply add the video URL to your Overstream Manager and add your text during the playback (I paused it at the insert points). Save. Generate a code. Embed. Done.
Here’s a screenshot of the Video Manager:

I came back to reference an article I read a few weeks ago about rental sites and I found this. Very cool! I actually did my first upload to youtube last night and will be adding this later in the day when I get done replying to real estate e-mails.
Thanks for the great info that I can use everyday at work!
That’s great, Mike. Can you share the link with us?
I believe I was prematurely excited. What I was really looking for was a way to add hyperlinks to the text on the video to generate more traffic back to my site from Youtube. After playing with Overstream I realized I can do all of the same things and more with my video editing software. I’m just learning to use Sony Vegas 8 and have played around with Adobe Premiere in the past (Vegas is much easier). Both are rather complicated at first. I plan on using them to film local communities for my real estate websites. My first youtube video was really just a promotional stunt for the Greatest Real Estate Agent in the World competition. It was nothing other than a soundtrack, some screen shots of competitors sites and a few transparent text screens. No actual live video shot from a camera. Click the link in my name to be teleported to the video which is nothing special at all and probably not even worth your time.
Mike,
You might take a look at InSkin.

I took a peek at the link you provide but it looked expensive. After hours of searching I found this free service at http://www.asterpix.com/ It does everything I want except broadcast through Youtube.
I will have to check out asterpix. Thanks for the tip Mike.
