Zenbe Shareflow lets you share the following with any group of people, in private message boards called “Flows”:
- files/documents
- comments
- images
- video
- maps
- events
- emails (send them to your flow, which has its own email address. You can add attachments)
Invite folks to contribute and look at the Flow by email. There is also a bookmarklet that lets you easily add content to the Flow. Access the Flow from your smartphone.
Create as many Flows as you like, all accessible from one place. [Zenbe recently added search to help you find stuff in the Flow.]

Flows organize your group communication in Shareflow. You create a flow, give it a name, and invite who you want to participate.

Anytime you find yourself forwarding emails or documents to your team, you may wish to consider using Shareflow instead. Flows are especially helpful when planning events, managing projects, and collaborating with colleagues or clients.
People you invite to join your Shareflow don’t even need a Zenbe account—they can view the Flow as a webpage in their browser.

Shareflow might be a good alternative (or supplement) when working on a team project, like a home purchase. You and your clients can share information in a centralized location. It appears to be similar to Drop.io. (anyone know the differences?)
Shareflow is FREE for 5 Flows (25 MB). See pay plans here, starting at $20 month.
I’ve been testing Shareflow and it is super easy to use and works as advertised. Anyone using Shareflow?
