Got Questions in NYC? Dial 311 for Answers


 

New York City’s 311 service is designed to help answer its citizens’ questions and complaints.

The 311 Customer Service Center provides non-emergency government information and services. In order to improve the transparency of services being provided to the public, the Office of Operations and the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications will regularly report 311-generated information to the public through this website.

Here were the top inquiries or complaints for August 2007.  Complaints about landlords are number 2 while unzillowable neighbors are number 4.
