Online Marketing Community: Gooruze

Gooruze is a new online community aimed at the marketing crowd. It was launched on October 15th.

Join and post your advice, tips, news and blog posts for the community to tag, rate, comment and share. You can also form your own groups. Sound familiar?

While the number of online social networks and communities is ever increasing, I think Gooruze has a better chance trying to attract a  specialty niche community.  The only problem is how do you keep the non-marketing crowd out?  And fights are gonna break out over the awards.

Good luck to Gooruze.

It’s getting hard to keep up. It seems there is a new site introduced every few weeks. Thanks for the tip…I will check it out.

We hope to see you around the community.
I am sure you have a heap of online marketing advice, especially for the real estate websites?

    Hi,
Good point about the non-marketing crowd. Actually, would they really be interested in losing time in a niche social network?
I wrote a post that briefly covers what top bloggers are saying about it: Gooruze: Yes or Yasn?

    Hi Sellsius,

Just on keeping out the non online marketing crowd… the community has the ability to report members or content if it is spam or not relevant to online marketing. Once reported it goes into a quote for the higher level members to vote on whether the member/item should be reinstated or permanently removed.

    Regards
    Clay
