Joe and I met up with Craig Newmark of Craigslist.org today. We asked how his new policy for charging New York City rental brokers for uploading listings was working out. According to Craig, it really has helped clean that portion of the site up. What a difference a year makes.
Overall, Craig likes the city and visits quite often. I think he said something like 25 days a year. He told us that one day, he may even purchase a home here. Hey, that would cool.
