What looks like a sculpture…. (or rocketship)

is actually…

It’s great, but there is no link to the website for the manufacturer or retailer. I love the idea that it’s art that can be utilized when needed.

Ha! This one is pretty cool. I like it better than the skull referenced the other day…

    Joe,
This has possibilites, especially for those with limited space. I wonder how comfortable it is.

You find the most interesting things.

Thanks Gena & Ricardo. Yes, this is a creative space saver. Pass it on to your clients who may have need for this type solution.

I have found that clients appreciate (and remember) suggestions on home ownership matters other than buying & selling– perhaps agents can use such information to reach out to clients in a way that is informative and helpful without being overtly self-promotional. It can create those contact points that can lead to a future, or ongoing, relationship with a client.

All this goes back to my habit of clipping interesting articles and photos– now I just put them on the blog.

Wow - that’s pretty nifty! I also came across this site, listing “Transformable, Convertible & Collapsible Urban Furniture for Cramped City Living”. I particularly like the Library chair … http://weburbanist.com/2007/08/23/transformable-convertible-collapsible-furniture-for-cramped-urban-living/

    Haha.

Cool, but it looks kind of unstable when it’s stacked up. It would hurt for that to fall over on you if it was very heavy.

I agree with jon…a gust of wind and it falls on your kid…..not good. What’s with people wanting everything in a box?
