The Electrolux Flatshare Fridge is a stackable modular refrigerator designed for college students or roommates to have their own personal “refrigerator space”.
The refrigerator comes with a base station that holds up to 4 stackable modules. Each module can be customized with various skins and different add-ons.
Hopefully, the mods have a lock to keep your roomies from raiding your ramen.
Each compartment has a tall area for bottles, plus areas for veggies (read junk food) and frozen foods. The door also has storage.
The refrigerator was created by Stefan Buchberger of the University of Applied Arts in Vienna for the annual Electrolux Design Lab competition.

Marketing Tip:
Is your company looking for creative solutions to problems?
Rather than hiring some hotshot firm, try reaching out to a college or university and running a competition. You may be surprised at the innovation and creativity. Plus, you’d being giving back to your community and helping a lad or lassie get some money to stock their fridges. The PR will be great too.
