Aspen Board of Realtors Moves to Backcountry

In Jan/Feb’s Business 2.0 issue, they have a list of 101 Dumbest Moments In Business. Not sure what’s dumb about #10 but it just goes to show that even the Aspen Board of Realtors is not immune from the rising cost of affordable office space.
#10. Unable to buy office space in a community where the average home price recently headed north of $4 million, the Aspen Board of Realtors heads north too — to Basalt, Colo., a town of 3,000 residents 20 miles away.
