March 1st - $10 Fee for NYC Broker Apt Ads
Update: After nearly 2 years of feedback and much deliberation, we’ve decided to charge a $10 fee for each posting to the broker apartment categories on the new york site (both “fee” and “no fee”), starting March 1, 2006. The “by owner” category will remain free.
