This will help you organise the words you are going to say and this will help you reduce the filler words! I used to have to write out everything I wanted to say. After a lot of practice, I have found that it is much easier to do things "on the fly" and I actually really enjoy public speaking. I really think that the more you do it, the better you get. My problem is my voice breaking.....but I've been told it's all in my head and no one notices.
