In Memory of Ben Aaron Anglin

The young star of this video is Aaron Anglin. He died in a tragic car accident yesterday. Our prayers are with the entire Anglin family.

Although I never met Aaron, I am deeply saddened by the news of his passing. Aaron’s older sister Lani, is part of our online real estate blog family, so it really hits home. Lani asked us to put this video up last week but I had family matters that I was attending to and did not get the chance to do so. My apologies.

R.I.P Aaron

  • Guys,

Thank you...and you nailed it with the word "family"
  • Should anyone feel so inclined, they may make donations to the family via a link on my blog, or any of several others across the real estate blogiverse.

Thanks for posting Joe and Rudy
  • Thanks Jay for putting the donation link on your blog. I just stopped by. You are a good soul.

This is Aarons mother and I just wanted to thank you all so much for you caring thoughts and actions. My son was a very special human being. Thank you for caring for someone you never even met. And most of all thank you for caring for my daughter Lani so very much.
  • Guys, thank you for shedding light on this- you guys are GREAT friends.

Mom- welcome to the blogosphere. I love you.

Everyone else- thank you for remembering my brother by helping his wife and YOUNG daughters. God bless.
  • Rudy and Joe,

I'm Aaron's father. I was compiling the entries on the internet of my son's name, and came across this site. I was aware of the activity and concern on his behalf in the past month, but am just now getting down to viewing the particulars.

Thank you guys so much for the posting, and I'd like to say that to know my daughter is to know my son. They share a unique perspective and sense of humor. They were unusually close as siblings go, and were best friends as small children.

I find it only somewhat incredible that Aaron touched lives all the way from dirty streets in Mexico to Madison Avenue. And in just 24 years...the amount of time it takes most kids just to get the hell out of their parents house and wallets.

He was an anomaly in this society, and will be an inspiration for many for a very long time.

    Thanks again, gentlemen.

    Ben Anglin
