Hmmmm, it looks and sounds right but I just don't see how this is helping the consumer....not really.

In the end what really happens is that these characters supply just enough gas to take the consumer out into deep, deep water and cut them loose. When out about 20 miles the consumer drifts while praying that a prepared professional will tow them into safety. That's the reality, that's the way it really plays out in the real world, when and if it does play out at all.

The business model is predicated upon bad mouthing hard working full service Realtors. Next, convince the consumer to jump in without any knowledge or a plan to survive while all the time secretly hoping the Realtor they just bad mouthed will save the consumer.

That's what everyone in the business knows is true, that’s the Insulting hypocrisy.

If anyone were really concerned with the consumer......they’d obligate these Brokers to disclose the percentage of listed properties compared to their massive wall of expired failures. If consumers knew that little ditty, the self described life savers would be exposed for the fake hot air that they are. Sure, even a blow up doll will float but lets not confuse that with a sea worthy boat, especially when the stakes are so high.
