		<description>True. We considered prefacing every post "If you are reading this post on any site or blog other than Sellsius Real Estate blog, it means it was stolen from us." (with a link to our blog).  We figured it would might make an impression on the Spam blog or get the reader to click over to us. We also considered running a series of posts calling him out and publishing his contact info which we found at Domain Tools Whois.

Happily, after we emailed the domain owner &#038; called him, he took down our content and hasn't taken it since.</description>

		<description>Taking the time to do all this is so totally unfair. When someone copies anothers work there should be an "easy button" you can push.  It instantly combusts both the infringing copy and the person who did it.

		<description>It's worth noting that the DMCA only requires an electronic signature and that the electronic signature act specifies that such a signature need only be any kind of electronic mark that shows an intent to sign.

The result of this is that, in 99% of all cases, you can easily email your DMCA notice to the host. The only exception, at this time, appears to be Google. Of course, there ways around that.
