Department of Justice (DOJ) Settles With National Association of Realtors (NAR)

DOJ v NAR settlement

The US Dept of Justice has settled its antitrust case against NAR. I got the word from AgentGenius’ Bill Lublin in the ReNet Room at Friendfeed.

Here is the (Proposed) Final Judgment (h/t Barry Cunningham, Real Estate Radio).
