		<description>It's sad if students will use it for parties and all kinds of fun stuff instead of using it's advantage as a great place for studying. It's probably how they live today.

		<description>That rate must be per student per bedroom. That is the only way that would make any sort of sense whatsoever. It still seems like the thing to do considering how expensive dorm housing is.</description>
