All of our software is online save for Filemaker Pro and a third-party piece called REST that we use, so there are no capability issues to speak of. Steve is right, though - if you just HAVE to use eNeighborhoods or something like it, Parallels is a great choice. We have it and run it from time to time to try out new software, but have not had to use it for anything. Contact me at jeremy@NRVLiving.com if you want to talk more.
