We found a great furniture yard sale on 34th street between 8th and 9th avenue in Manhattan today. It is hosted by Props for Today - a furniture & decor rental company. Although they specialize in furniture rentals, today they had great sale bargains on overstocked furniture that has been used in film, T.V. and commercials. Some of the shows you may have seen their stuff in include The Sopranos, Saturday Night Live and Sex in the City.
If your looking to buy dirt cheap bargain furniture, you can visit them on the following days - tomorrow, Friday the 25th and Tuesday the 29th and Wednesday the 30th. This is a great opportunity for students or first time home buyers and renters to furnish their New York City apartments on the cheap.
