hi ben - m&m's, i love it

hey, we've also seen agents use custom branded fortune cookies. because the item is edible, it satisfies an immediate need, hunger. although it will not fill you up, it's a nice snack. maybe that alone will help them remember you and your company, service or product.

we gave away custom branded sellsius° water bottles at a couple of conferences we've sponsored. we thought, hey, let's give away free water to thirsty people, maybe they'll remember us. and they did. they even sent over other thirsty people. we talked real estate and it was wonderful. funny thing, the next day at the conference, they came back for more water and we were all out. but the real estate conversation continued. sometimes, you just need an icebreaker.

You can customize M&Ms, too. I've seen a number of agents put condo logos on cookies and distribute them. The drawback is that it's short lived advertising.
