An art gallery in Pittsburgh, PA is using QR codes to promote artists exhibiting in the gallery.
Visitors interested in a work of art can point their smartphone at the QR code to watch artist videos and learn more about them and their work.

Although very popular in Japan, QR codes are slowly creeping into the US. I recently saw a QR code on one of my airline boarding passes. Where have you noticed QR codes?
