One of my favorite real estate investors’ community sites is BiggerPockets.
Besides openly sharing tips and advice in the forums, they have great blog writers. Joshua Dorkin, the creator of BiggerPockets, is one smart cookie.
BiggerPockets just launched a Task Manager tool for its members (they have over 44,000 members) to create a task checklist and prioritize tasks, to help folks get things done.

Mark the tasks off as you complete them:

Basic members are limited to 5 tasks, while our PRO Members ($14.95 per month) will be able to create an unlimited number of tasks.
Additionally, PRO Members have the ability to organize their tasks by category, and can create an unlimited number of categories.
If you don’t belong to BiggerPockets, check them out.
BiggerPockets is a community designed for people interested in real estate, including investors, professionals, homeowners, and many others. Not only would the novice investor feel at home here, but also everyone from the most experienced developer to the real estate agent or private financier.
Good luck, BPs.
