Our New York neighbor, and perennial A-list real estate blog, Curbed, will be advertising real estate listings for New York properties in its new Marketplace. This appears to be a good move, since Curbed has found a way to attract a high percentage of NY readers (90% of over 300,000 unique visitors a month, says the Big C, demographics here), who visit the blog for snarky real estate news and property porn (we got lots in New York).
Marketplace is currently free through Labor Day but will rise to $99 for a 30 day ride. Curbed is also offering a Marketplace Listing + a Quicklisting (on the Curbed homepage) for $399. Your Q’s on Marketplace A’ed here.
Good luck neighbor.
