Examiners are local insiders with specialized expertise about a particular subject who want to share it with their neighbors.
If you are accepted into their network, you will:

Interestingly, Zillow’s COO Spencer Rascoff is a Real Estate Marketing Examiner. I wonder if this is part of Zillow’s creative social media marketing or whether Spencer is acting independently.
