So you think you’re a real estate rock star? Well, here’s a job for you.

Job Title: Host for new HGTV network pilot

Qualifications: Realtor host must be charismatic, dynamic, charming, warm, accessible and likable male or female (mid-30s to mid-40s) with a great sense of humor. Must be equally at ease with a multi-million dollar home buyer as with a first-time condo buyer and can practice a bit of tough love with a client when needed.

Experience: Must be knowledgeable about New York/New Jersey/Connecticut real estate markets.

Shooting: Late spring/early summer
