

TokBox is a neat live video conferencing tool. It allows many folks to video chat with each other — you send them a link and they click it to join the chat. Simple. They can also text chat and share links. It is Skype on steroids.

One really cool feature is the ability to cut and paste the video chat code so you can take the video conference to your blog or website or social media profile page. Anyone can come to your page and click a “Push to Talk” button and connect to you in real time using live video and audio.
TokBox also lets you upload video or slideshows for the group to share. Imagine you have a new home listing video or slideshow — upload it to TokBox and call your clients to discuss it. Your clients will think you are one cutting edge real estate pro.
Another feature lets you invite folks to the video chat via a link on Twitter (that should make things interesting). You can also send video messages by email.
