A friend of mine told me about Ping.fm (thanks Bosco), which is just out of private beta. Use Ping to post messages and photos to all your social networks at once. The social networks list contains the usual suspects (Facebook, Twitter, Friendfeed, Plurk, yada, yada). You can even post to your blog.
Just add your networks and post (Ping It) to all, or select one, via the Ping dashboard:
You can also post via AIM, GoogleTalk and by email. Just send an email to your ping email posting account (you can attach an image), and BAM! it’s sent out to the masses. Other posting tips here.
I tried email Pinging and it worked fine, except the image did not appear. Dang.
