Ive been checking back on this one... My number 2 answer is not on the list... On line advertising- including Realtor.com, Homes.com
I guess there is another question I want to know- What brings your listings the most attention? I know there is a lot of bias against them but almost all my tracking data shows Realtor.com brings me the most views of listings. That has not translated to buyers I work with but has helped my listings sell.
