Last night we met with Nicole and Dave from PropertyQube.com at Fiddlesticks on 56 Greenwich Street in Manhattan. The two former Microsoft employees will introduce a new type of consumer real estate social network next month. The site will focus on relationships and stories rather than property listings.

Being consumers themselves, they want to provide other consumers with the tools to help them share their real estate stories and experiences with each other online ala Linked-In. As Dave mentioned, they will be a relationship driven network with a personal touch. The Property Life story section is sure to interesting. Their genuine enthusiasm for their service was surely refreshing and we wish them all the best.

We had a great time, Joe and Rudy. We are Looking forward to our next meet-up!
Looks like a great idea, could be used to rate Realtors and other real estate related services.
I had to really consider this idea– first, because the web video embodies all that is the reason why web RE video s****…oh, forget it…pretty soon we will all be used to user-generated everything.
..but does mean if you post up at PropertyQube there are six sides to every story?
…Somebody get a bucket, quick-the Zillow-ombies are drooling already…cripes…what a mess…just when I was starting to think outside the kewb…..
how do I link in to this group via linked in?
