  • The Clozing looks pretty cool. If I were king, I'd like the links to open in a different tab or window. By the time I read deeper into The Clozing, I'm so far away from anything else, I forget how to get there other than hitting the back button a gazillion time. Just a thought.
  • I welcome higher rates in January...maybe that will mean home builders and real estate agents will have to actually lower asking prices, instead of keeping values inflated through interest rate subsidies.
