I’ve been reading Paco Underhill’s updated and revised Why We Buy, The Science of Shopping.
It’s a fascinating book, every page filled with insights obtained over decades of studying actual human shopping behavior. It made be wonder, “Who has studied the science of buying homes by actually observing and noting people’s behavior?”
I must research this subject.
